…avoid paying for an item or contract you formed while using our Site, unless there is an obvious reason why the contract cannot be binding, in which case The Indie Importer will inform both parties of the discrepancy and attempt to sort it out diplomatically.

…fail to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity;

…manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other user's listings;

…purposely avoid paying fees or manipulate our fee structure ( Fees )

…post libelous or misleading content (including personal information about any user);

…take any action that could damage the integrity of our feedback or ratings systems, such as by using it for any purpose outside of The Indie Importer

…distribute computer damaging viruses or post spam

…compile information about our users, including email addresses, without their consent.
